Thanks for visiting Twice Upon a Life-time.

Briefly introducing ourselves and God's story in our lives, we were both believing Christians and wholly involved in a church prior to being separated, then divorced and fully reconciled after seven years. 

We were first married in 1988 and re-married in mid 2000, having one child from the first part of our marriage and one child from the restored second part of our marriage.

We find that our relationship is an ongoing testimony of God's awesome grace and love within a relationship that so many whom knew us - whether they believed in God or not - had put in the "too hard" basket, and essentially said "...it's over, move on...".  But God had His way, and is continuing to have His way within our relationship, and to HIM goes ALL the glory!

This site includes glimpses and insights into our journey with God, through a journey which has had (and still has) joy and sadness, tears and laughter, pain and suffering, brokeness and wholeness, and all wrapped in His love, forgiveness, grace, mercy, compassion, strength, kindness, long-suffering and victory through Jesus Christ and the power of His death and resurrection. 

Our goal is to simply share in a very real manner, and we hope and pray the things that we share will encourage and inspire you, no matter whereabouts you are in your own journey.
